Our Solution
Stay Compliant and Worry-Free With a Service Contract
If you own an aerobic septic system in Texas, ongoing professional maintenance isn't just smart — in most counties, it's required. Aerobic treatment units are active systems with pumps, aerators, sprayers, and disinfection components that must be inspected and serviced regularly to stay compliant and keep working. Caddo Creek Septic & Excavation provides aerobic system service contracts across more than a dozen North Texas counties that take the entire responsibility off your plate.
Our one-year maintenance contracts include a service visit every three months. At each visit we inspect the complete system, check aerator and pump performance, test and service the disinfection system, replenish chlorine tablets, clean filters and components, and repair items that need attention. You get documentation of every visit — the record you need for county compliance, and the peace of mind of knowing a licensed professional is watching your system.
We service aerobic systems we installed and systems installed by others, including homeowners whose previous maintenance company disappeared or whose contract lapsed with a home purchase. And when you have a new system installed by Caddo Creek, your first two years of maintenance are already included.
