Caddo Creek Septic & Excavation constructs properly compacted building pads for homes, shops, barns, garages, and commercial buildings across North Texas.
We build every pad to do three jobs: establish the right elevation, shed water away from the structure, and provide uniform compacted support for the foundation. That means select fill placed and compacted in proper lifts, finished grades that drain, and pad dimensions built to your builder's or engineer's specifications. We work directly with builders, foundation companies, and engineers to make sure the pad we deliver is the pad your plans call for.
